Policy
Hair Preparation: Clients must wash their hair 48 hours prior to the appointment. The Consultant has the right to refuse services to clients who may show scalp issues, irritation, or un-clean hair.

Rescheduling/Cancellations: Clients must give at least 48 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. The client will pay an additional $25 fee with the next retightening if notice isn't given in that 48-hour time frame.

Tardy/Lateness: A late fee of $25 will be added to your service fee if you are more than 15 mins late for your appointment. The Consultant has the right to CANCEL your appointment if you are more than 20 min late.
NO Call/No Show: The client will be charged an additional $75 NoCall /NO-Show fee at the next appointment that they have for maintenance. The client gets one pass on a No Call /No show. After that, the Consultant has the right to terminate Any and All future services with the client.

Sick Clients: Please reschedule your appointment if you are ill or not feeling well. LOCS R LIFE BY SHELLY has the right to reschedule the client's appointment if the client shows signs of sickness.

Photos: LOCS R LIFE BY SHELLY reserves the right to take and post photos of the client's hair for advertisement and promotional purposes.
